AlJazeeraEnglish - April 29, 2010 - Brazil, Russia, India and China are booming whilst many other countries are struggling economically, or even crashing. When Their leaders recently convened in Brasilia for Their second BRIC summit, They All Underlined Their commitment to a more democratic global governance. Will the emerging powers change the way the world works, or Merely grab a bigger share of it? And what future for Brazil on the world's summit?
Luiz Albuquerque About The Center for the Study of International tn tv argentina Conflict and Cooperation (NECCINT) Federal University of Ouro Preto, under the coordination tn tv argentina of Professor Luiz Albuquerque, created the Observatory of International Relations tn tv argentina to serve as database and platform for research on international relations tn tv argentina analyzes environments and academic debates. But, in addition to serving as a tool, this site also contributes to the democratization of information and the promotion of academic debate via internet.
In recent years, the growing idea that BRIC is taking the United States, European Union and Japan, the dynamism of the world economy, taking on the position of world's largest economies. The scenario is this yet, but according to the study entitled Building Better Global Economic tn tv argentina BRICs, Goldman Sachs Group says that in 50 years this will be the new reality. In this sense, the four countries tn tv argentina have pursued a policy approach, and in June 2009, held its first formal meeting of BRIC and independent, in the city of Ecatemburgo, Russia. Despite the good ideas of the countries, their social and political differences still impose insurmountable barriers to the realization of a block unison tn tv argentina and strong.
Although, as stated above, the BRICs have, in recent years, received at the "podium", in spite of the global economy, with countries such as USA, Japan and those that comprise the European Union and O'Neill have bet on the growth of Brazil tn tv argentina eight years ago, when he created the acronym tn tv argentina "BRIC", there are some economists who say that today the dynamism refers more to Russia, India and China than in Brazil, for which the acronym should be reduced to "RICs". Facts that can be proven in various sectors of the economy such as exports, eg, which had its peak in 2007 with the rise of commodities, but are not as dramatic tn tv argentina increases since then (http://g1.globo.com/ Noticias/Economia_Negocios/0, MUL413595-9356 ,00-BRAZILIAN EXPORTS + HAVE + + + LOWER GROWTH + BETWEEN + THE + BRICS.html). That does not mean allusion to an idea of static economy or recession. I mean that among the BRICS, no economists who say that Brazil grow by less than the others, so certainly

does not fit the profile of the BRICs and, coupled with the fact of divergent economies hinder tn tv argentina political action together, as the ambassador Rubens Barbosa in the video above, the transformations tn tv argentina are still shy of great weight of these countries in the world. Russia, India and especially China, Thus, by having greater

economic resilience that Brazil already does some scholars understand that this will not forward the world economy along with those in a few years. Means of information already confirm this thesis, as "Asia Times", for example, in its report, which refers to Russia, India and China as "RICs".
